How do I handle tips & gratuities for my employees?
When processing a transaction, the card reader will give the customer the option to leave a tip. They will be given the option of a predefined tip percentage value, a custom tip, or no tip. Tips are not handled within the EkiKart app. Once the transaction has gone through you can view your reports and see all the tips in your report. You can then distribute the tips accordingly to your employees.
