How do I process a return or refund through the POS system?
- On the register page, select return then scan the customer’s receipt.
- Select the item(s) the customer would like to return.
- Select pay. The register will highlight the method of payment the customer originally purchased the item(s) with.
- Return the money to the customer and select done. The receipt will print.
