My screen shuts down too quickly

Thanks for reaching out to EkiKart customer support about your screen shutting down too quickly. Your device is configured to sleep after 1 minute of no activity. This is to help you save energy and to keep your device secure by preventing unauthorized use. Let's adjust the settings together to better suit your needs:

Step 1: Go to Home Screen.

On your POS device, find and tap on the home screen icon to get started.

Step 2: Access Display Settings:

Now, look for the Settings icon - it looks like a gear or cogwheel. Select the icon then select "Display."

Step 3: Change Sleep Time.

In the Display settings, select "Sleep." Then choose how long you want your screen to stay on before it goes to sleep.

And that's it! Your screen will now stay active for the selected time before it goes to sleep.
