My transactions are processing very slowly. How can I resolve this?
The EkiKart POS system may experience slow transaction processing due to various factors. Here are some potential solutions to enhance performance:
Step 1: Check Internet Connection.
Ensure your EkiKart POS system is connected to your network. Also ensure that your internet connection is stable and that there are no disruptions to the network.
Step 2: Check Network Speed
EkiKart recommends a minimum download speed of 100Mbps (Megabits per second) and an upload speed of 1GB (Gigabytes). You may need to consider upgrading your Wi-Fi to ensure optimal performance.
Step 3: Check the App version.
Make sure your EkiKart app is up to date to benefit from performance improvements and bug fixes.
Step 4: Restart your POS System.
Simply restart the POS system to clear temporary glitches or memory leaks.
After you have completed these steps, process another transaction.
