If you edit a product, it can take a few minutes for the change to be reflected on the system. I'm here to assist you with ensuring that the changes you made to a product are reflected correctly on your system. Let's work together to resolve this issue.

Step 1: Sync Device

Manually sync your device to ensure that all updates are uploaded to the cloud. After you have synced your device check if the change had been reflected on the system

Step 2: Check Network or Internet
Ensure that the POS system is properly connected to the network or internet. Verify the Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection settings and ensure they are functioning correctly.

If after a few minutes the change is not reflected, attempt to make the change again.

 Step 3: Reboot Device
If the change still isn't reflected after trying the above steps, let's reboot your device. After rebooting, check again if the change you made to the product is showing.
