Method 1: Print receipts from the EkiKart app homepage:
Step 1: Access Receipts.
Open the EkiKart ap. On the homepage, select "View Receipts."
Step 2: Select Receipt.
Search for the date the transaction was made on.
Once you've found the receipt, select the receipt, then select the printer icon to print it.
Method 2: Print receipts from the Register page:
Step 1: Access Receipts on the Register.
On the Register, select "More Options."
Then, select "Receipts."
Step 2: Select Receipt.
Search for the date the transaction was made on.
Once you've found the receipt, select the receipt, then select the printer icon to print it.
After printing the receipt, you'll be all set to process the return for your customer.
