How do I reset my POS system?
Thank you for contacting EkiKart customer support. I want to inform you that you cannot reset your POS system. You can only reboot the system if you are experiencing issues. Let’s go through the process of rebooting your POS device:
Step 1: Press the power button.
Press and hold the power button on your device until the options to power off or reboot your device show.
Step 2: Reboot device.
Select the Reboot Device option. Your device will reboot.
If rebooting your system does not resolve your issue, please submit a request form through our help center. Our technical support team will reach out to you to help you resolve your issue.
