My POS device is not connecting to the internet. What should I do?

 Step 1: Check Internet Stability.

Ensure that your internet connection is stable and that there are no disruptions to the network.

Step 2: Restart Router or Re-insert SIM Card.

If you're using a Wi-Fi router, try restarting it.

If your device uses a SIM card, try removing the SIM card and re-inserting it securely.

Step 3: Attempt to Connect to the Internet.

After performing the above steps, attempt to reconnect your device to the internet.

Step 4: Reboot Device.

If the issue persists, reboot your device, and try connecting to the internet again.
