Can I customize my receipt format to include my logo with your POS system?
Thank you for contacting EkiKart customer support regarding receipt customization. Yes, you can customize receipt formats to include your business logo. Let’s get you started:
Step 1: Log into your EkiKart account.
Log in to your EkiKart.com account using your credentials.
Step 2: Upload Your Logo.
On your dashboard, select “Settings”. In the settings menu, select “Upload Logo.” Choose a file and upload it.
Once the logo has been uploaded, it will automatically show on your receipts when they are printed out.
