My employee gave a customer the wrong change amount. What do I do?

Step 1: Access Cash Drawer.
On the Register page, select “More Options” then select “Cash Drawer” from the list of options.
Step 2: Obtain Permission (If required):
If permission from a manager or shift leader is necessary to open the cash drawer, please acquire the required authorization. Once authorized, the cash drawer will open.
Step 3: Provide Correct Change.
Dispense the correct change amount as displayed on the customer's receipt.
Step 4: Close Cash Drawer.
Once the correct change has been given, securely close the cash drawer.
