To add your return policy:
Step 1: Log into your EkiKart account.
Log in to your EkiKart.com account using your credentials.
Step 2: Access Your Return Policy.
Single Store Location: Select “Go to Store Panel” then select “My Store.” Then on the menu select “Settings.” In the settings menu Select “Return Policy”
Multiple Store Locations: Select “Location.” Your store locations will be displayed. Select the “View” icon next to the location you want. Then select “Sign in to Location Panel.” Then select “Settings.” Then In the settings menu select “Return Policy.”
Step 3: Enter Return Policy Details
Enter your return policy details in the provided field. When you are done save the policy
To customize your return policy:
