How do I add items to the menu or product list?
Thank you for contacting EkiKart Customer Support. There are two ways to add items to your menu/product list. Let me walk you through them!
Method 1: Add products on the EkiKart App:
Step 1: Access Manage Products.
On your EkiKart App homepage, go to "Manage Products".
Step 2: Add a new product.
On the “Manage Products” page, select the "+" icon to initiate the process of adding a new product.
Step 3: Enter Product Details.
Enter details about the product, such as its name, category, price, and any other relevant information. When you are done select “Add.”

Method 2: Add products on EkiKart.com:
Step 1: Log in to EkiKart.com.
Login to your EkiKart account with your credentials.
Step 2: Access Your Store Panel.
Single Store Location: Select “Go to Store Panel” then select “My Store.” Then on the menu select “Products.”
Multiple Store Locations: Select “Location.” Your store locations will be displayed. Select the “View” icon next to the location you want. Then select “Sign in to Location Panel.” Then select “Products.” Then on the menu select “Products.”
Step 3: Add a Product.
Select “Add Product” on the Product Management page. Then enter the product details and upload an image if you would like to.
Step 4: Add Standard Product.
Under “Inventory” select “Standard Product.” Enter the rest of the product details. When all details have been entered, save the product.
