How do I use the mobile top-up function?

Step 1: Access Mobile Top-Up.
On the "Register" page, select "Mobile Top-up" followed by "ITU".
Step 2: Select Country and Network Provider
Choose the country where the mobile network is used from the list provided. Then choose the appropriate network provider from the options available.
Step 3: Choose Plan.
After selecting the network provider, you'll be prompted to choose a specific plan for the mobile top-up. Select the plan that best suits the customer's needs.
Step 4: Enter Phone Number and Top-Up Amount.
Enter the mobile phone number of the recipient and specify the amount that the customer would like to top up.
Step 5: Complete Transaction.
Once all the details are entered, select “Pay” to complete the transaction. Upon successful completion, the specified mobile number will be automatically topped up with the desired amount.
Step 6 (Optional): Provide Receipt
If the customer requires a receipt for the transaction, you can provide them with one for their records.
