How do I place an order for gift cards?

Hello and welcome to EkiKart support! I'm here to guide you through the process of ordering gift cards for your customers. Let's get started:

Step 1: Log In to Your EkiKart.com

Log into your EkiKart account using your credentials.

Step 2: Access Gift Card Management.

On your dashboard, select “Gift Card Management.” Then select “Order.”

Step 3: Enter Order Details.

• Select the type of gift card you would like to provide your customers with.
• Select “Physical Gift Cards” as the card use type.
• Upload your logo if you would like your store logo to be printed on the gift cards.
• Depending on the gift card type chosen, you can either enter a fixed amount or set a limit for the card.
• Enter the quantity of gift cards you would like.

Please note: to place a gift card order, the minimum quantity for each order is 250 gift cards. There is no maximum limit.

Step 4: Place Order.

Select “Submit” to place your order.
